摘要
本文采用问卷调查、座谈访问等方法对重庆市国有企业高学历员工的满意度进行了实证研究,并针对性提出了提高国有企业高学历员工满意度的五点对策。
Using the methods of questionnaire investigation, discussion and visit, the authors research the content degree of the high degree employees in Chongqing's state-owned enterprises and puts forward five strategies to improve the stability of high degree employees.
