女性秘书的职业前景研究

四川省委办公厅在2003年出台《关于加强对领导干部身边工作人员管理监督的暂行规定》,要求不得为男性领导干部配备女性身边工作人员(秘书),有人据此认为女性秘书的职业前景堪忧。本文通过总结秘书职业的特点,以及分析性别在秘书职业中的作用,揭示这一问题的实质。

In 2003 the government of Sichuan province announced a temporary regulation,which is to strengthen the supervision of the leader's assistants.The regulation orders that male leaders should not employ female assistants.Someone regarded it as a bad signal of female secretaries' career perspective.So the eessay reveals the essence of the problem, by concluding the traits of female secretary and analyzing the effect of sex on the career of secretary.
