From the beginning of the postwar period on,the strong point of American'global security strategy' was established in Europe.Europe became the heart of the matter of the benefits of America's 'global strategy',and of the matter of the foreign affairs;at the same time the European Integration Movement had been rising;America,grasped the moment,gave strong backing to the movement. In the course,America also gave supports to'Monnet-Schumann Plan' actively.
