儿童语言能力的培养应该从 0岁就开始。学听话阶段是一个接受信息、存储信息的阶段 ,在此阶段 ,要特别注意对语言材料的积累 ,让婴幼儿能在多种形式的环境中感受语言 ,熟悉语言。学说话阶段是儿童表达能力产生和发展的最早阶段。此阶段除了要继续加强语言的积累外 ,更要注意让孩子保持学习的热情 ,养成好的语言表达习惯。

Children's language ability cultivation should start at the age of zero.The stage of learning listening is an information-receiving and information-storing one,in which we should pay special attention to the accumulation of language materials and make infants feel and acquaint language in various circumstances.The stage of learning speaking is the earliest one for children to form and develop their expressive ability,in which besides continuing to enhance the language accumulation,we should pay more attention to making children keep the learning enthusiasm and form the good habits of language expression.
