摘要
高层次人才作为战略性的稀缺资源 ,供不应求 ,始终处于竞争的焦点。更为重要的是高层次人才不仅是一种资源 ,还是一种人才资本 ,这就决定了高层次人才在职业、投入、产出、劳动消费及个体再生产等几方面具有自身特点。
Talents of high level as a strategically rare resource are not enough and are always the focus of competition. More importantly,talents of high level are not only a resource ,but aslo a capital.That determines their personal characteristics such as profession,input,output,labour consumption and individual reproduction
