摘要
采用一种新的高分子量、低黏度的齐聚物NX-2013与环氧丙烯酸酯组成复合齐聚物,通过配方优化,得到体积收缩率为5.4%的SL法用光固化树脂。进一步将NX-2013进行改性,复合后树脂体系在保持低体积收缩率、较低黏度优点的同时,拉伸强度由改性前的27.6MPa提高到39.6MPa。
The volumentric shrinkage around 5.4% is attained in the photo-curable resins composed by binary oligomers of epoxy acrylate and NX-2013 with big relative molecular mass. On the other hand, when the NX-2013 is improved, high performance resin with tension strength enhanced from 27.6 MPa to 39.6 MPa is obtained along with low shrinkage and low viscosity. \;
