基于控制工程方法的教学管理系统性建设思考

提出用控制工程方法指导教学管理。高校在进行教学管理、专业和课程设置的改革时,首先应合理定位新形势下的阶段办学目标;其次要认真总结自己的办学经验,尤其要重视从教学、实践环节提取反馈信息,结合调研取经,制定专业发展方向和教学计划,走稳步发展、特色办学之路。同时注意构建教学管理闭环反馈系统,为实时调控提供动态模型,并为周期性、阶段性教学改革打下基础。

This paper presents teaching management based on control engineering method. It points out what colleges and universities should do when they proceed reformation of teaching management and professions and curricula curriculum establishment. Firstly, it should be reasonable to fix position by carrying relevant stage teaching targets in the new situation. Secondly, it is very important to regard their own and others' experience, especially the feedback information from teaching and practices, in order to run a college steadily with special features, and to establish direction and teaching plan of professional development reasonably. Finally, it is absolutely necessary to build a corresponding system for collecting feedback information, as a foundation of the periodical and stage reform, which is helpful to administer dynamically. \;
