组织与权力

Organization and Power

本文认为,政治学应该研究组织及组织与权力的关系问题。文章从政治学角度归纳了组织的含义和特征,从逻辑的、现实的、历史的角度证明了组织对权力的基础性作用:组织为权力提供主体、力量、资源和合理性,是权力的主要来源和重要成分;组织与权力在性质上互动,不同的组织导致不同的权力,不同的权力可营造出不同的组织。文章对专制集权与社会的组织化间的关系以及如何推动民主化问题作了重点剖析。

This article maintains that politics should study the relationships between organization and power as well as organization. The author discusses and draws the meaning and characteristics of organization from the viewpoint of political science, and proves the primary effects of organization on powers in logic, reality and history. Organization is the major source and the important composition of power, providing power with main body, strength, resources and rationality. Organizations and power are interactive in nature. The different organizations lead to different powers, and different powers can build up different organizations. The essay mainly expounds the relationships between the dictatorial centralization and social systemization as well as how to push the democracy forward.
