我国劳动保护产业化之研究

On Industrialization of Labor Protection in China

本文从介绍劳动保护产业基本概念着手,论述了发展劳动保护及其产业化的意义,并结合我国国情对劳保产业提出了三点发展建议:一是合理利用环保产业为劳保产业的发展所提供的契机;二是加速发展劳动保护技术咨询产业,以让这个起中间环节和催化剂作用的产业带动整个劳保产业的发展;三是抓住特殊情况下(如SARS)国家对劳保产业的重视和高投入等历史机遇推进劳保的产业化进程。

The article discusses the significances of developing labor protection and forming industrialization, beginning with introducing some basic concepts of this new industry. Given the current situation of China, the author maintains that the following three methods be practical in developing our labor protection industry. First, the good opportunities and advantages provided by environmental protection for labor protection should be made rational use of. Second, we should speed up the modernization of the labor protection consulting industry to enhance the boom of the labor protection industry. Finally, the favorable environments in which the government puts more attention and money in labor protection, such as during SARS, should be valued and taken advantage of to push the industrialization of labor protection forward.
