Triple Defeats of Enlightenment, Spiritual Return of Home and Hometown Awareness ——A Reinterpretation of the Theme of Luxun's Gu Xiang

鲁迅作品的经典性表征之一在于它广多的阐释性。在传统的政治性、阶级性"偏读"中,"我"的情感体验与心灵历程或多或少被忽视了的。重新阐释《故乡》,也即细密梳理、勾勒、陈列"我"的精神与情感过程,重新界定《故乡》的自我纾解特质。

One distinctive feature of Luxun's works as literary classics lies in that they are available for multiple interpretations. In terms of its meaning and theme, Gu Xiang conveys not only criticisms of the old system and society,but also sympathy towards the sad destiny of people. In the traditional reading marked by political and social bias,'my' feeling and the mental process are more or less ignored. The reinterpretation of Gu Xiang is both to review,describe and display the process of my spirit and feeling carefully,and to redefine the character of self-expression of Gu Xiang .
