城镇弱势群体子女教育问题研究

Study on Children-education of Disadvatntaged Groups in Urban Areas

我国城镇弱势群体子女主要包括下岗失业人员子女、流浪儿童、流动儿童(农民工子女)、各种低收入或无收入人群的子女。他们所受的教育处于社会平均水平之下,且在未来的一定时间里无法改变现状。解决城镇弱势群体子女的教育问题,必须:健全法律法规,确保弱势群体子女的教育权;建构平等、无差别、无歧视的教育环境,提高弱势群体子女的适应能力;切实加大教育救助力度,确保城镇弱势群体子女不因贫困而辍学;加快办学形式多样化的探索,努力拓宽就学渠道。

The children of disadvantaged groups in urban areas of our conuntry mainly include the children of laid-off workers、waifs and strays、floating children and different kinds of children whose parents have low or no income.Their received education is under the social average level,the present situation of education hasn't been improved in the given future,it needs the strength of the whole society to change present situation and solve the problem on children-education of disadvantage groups in urban areas.We should amplify laws and regulations,ensuring the right of education of disadvantaged groups in urban areas.
