列宁逝世以后,联共(布)领袖斯大林、布哈林、季诺维也夫对列宁新经济政策理论、向国外学习科学技术和管理经验的思想、文化建设的思想、党的学说、列宁主义与马克思主义的关系以及"政治遗嘱",有正确的理解和阐释,但夸大了列宁主义的国际性质和国际意义,在列宁主义与马克思主义的关系上说了过头话,曲解了列宁关于落后国家容易发生革命的思想等等。

After the death of Lenin, the leaders of Soviet Union Communist Party, such as Stalin interpreted Lenin's new economic policy, the ideas of learning technology and management, cultural construction from foreign countries, the theories of Communist Party, the relationship between Leninism and Marxism and the 'political will'. However, they exaggerated its international significance, overstated the relationship between Leninism and Marxism, and misinterpreted Lenin's thought that revolution is apt to take place in underdeveloped countries.
