试论入世背景下民族自治地方环保制度的调适

Adjustment and Application of Environmental Protection System in National Autonomous Regions after China's Entry into WTO

文章着重分析了我国加入世界贸易组织以后,我国民族自治地方在环境保护方面所面临的巨大挑战,并提出了我国民族自治地方环境保护制度如何与WTO规则相适应的若干建议。

This article analyzes the great challenges that the national autonomous regions face in environmental protection after China's entry into WTO and puts forward some suggestions on how the system of environmental protection to adapt itself to the regulations of WTO.
