摘要
弘扬和培育民族精神是党的十六大提出的一项重要战略任务,必须纳入国民教育和精神文明建设的全过程。高校德育无论从其工作性质还是从自身业务优势来看,都应该承担重要的职责,起带头作用。
Cultivating and promoting national spirits is the strategic mission put forward in China's 16^(th) Party Congress, and it must be brought into the plan of citizen education and spiritual civilization. College's moral education should take the responsibility for and play the leading role in this campaign.
