俄罗斯政治体制的变化为精英和大众提供了影响外交的空间。不同精英的政治经济取向、大众的选民行为都对俄罗斯外交决策产生深刻的影响。观念和知识体系、价值观等因素,推动着俄罗斯外交在精英和大众的互动中渐趋成形。
The changes about Russian political system provide space for elites and masses to affect its diplomacy. Different elite political-economic orientations and elecroral behavior of masses both impact Russian foreign policy profoundly. The factors of conception, knowledge system and values promote Russian foreign policy to take shape gradually during elite-mass interactions.
