河南省大学生个性特征调查分析

Investigation on Personality of College Students in Henan

目的 分析和探讨河南省高校大学生个性特征以及不同类别大学生个性特征差异。方法 采用艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ—RSC)对河南省高校 110 0名大学生进行了集体测查。结果 我省男大学生人格N维度 (情绪性 )和L维度 (掩饰性 ) ,女大学生N维度 (情绪性 )、P维度 (精神质 )以及L维度 (掩饰性 )分值均显著高于全国男女学生常模 (P <0 0 0 5～ 0 0 0 1) ;不同专业 ,不同性别、年级和城乡来源学生之间 ,以及学生干部与非干部之间其个性特征存在一定的差异。结论 高校应加强对大学生的人格塑造和培养 ,提高他们的综合素质。

Objective To analyse and explore the personality of college students in Henan,and its differences among the students of various classifications.Methods 1100 students in Henan universities and colleges were tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).Results Male students' personality N and L scale values,and the female student's personality N,P and L scale values were much higher than the normal.There were some personality differences among the students of various classifications.Conclusions To improve college students' general quality,their personality culture must be strenghthened
