超大面积中厚皮片早期修复手背深度烧伤

Early Repair of Deep Hand Burns with Extraordinary Large Mid-thick Skin

目的 观察手部深度烧伤采用超大面积中厚皮片植皮修复手部外形和功能的治疗效果。方法 早期切、削痂 ,潜行分离创缘皮肤 ,超大面积中厚皮片植皮的手术方式与康复治疗有机结合 ,对 2 0 5例 (2 96只手 )手背皮肤深度烧伤患者系统化治疗。结果 早期植皮优良率达 97% ;随访 1～ 6个月 ,2 7例指蹼变浅和虎口小 ,需做修整即可恢复 ,其余均在治疗后获得较理想的功能和外形。结论 早期切、削痂结合超大面积中厚皮植皮和功能训练是修复手部深度烧伤的理想手段。

Objective To observe the effects of deep hand burns repaired early with grafting extraordinary large mid-thick skin.Methods Cutting early or husking scab,adequately loosing the skin of wound edge combined with grafting extraordinary large mid-thick skin and recovery treatment.Operations were performed on 205 cases (296 hands).Results The survival ratio of the grafted skin was over 97%.With following 1-6 months,only 27 cases were found the suture of the fingers became shallow or small or needed operation.The rest had perfect function and shape.Conclusions Cutting early,husking scab,covered with grafting extraondinary large mid-thick skin combined with recovery treatment is a perfect method of repairing deep burns on hands.
