摘要
价值增长评价是根据学生的学业进步或学业成绩增值来评价教师 ,弥补了传统教师评价中存在的一些弊端 ,为客观、公正地评价教师的教学水平提供了一种方法。
The Value-Added Assessment appraise teaching level of teacher according to students study progress or result improvement. It make up some abuse that exist in traditional assessment, it offer a objective,fair assessment method for teaching level of teacher.
