畅肺防喘方对哮喘豚鼠血浆cAMp、cGMP水平的影响

Effect of Changfei Fangchuan Recipe ( CFFCR) on the Content of cAMP and cGMP in Plasma in Guinea Pig with Asthma

目的:观察畅肺防喘方对哮喘豚鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP水平的影响。方法:用畅肺防喘方对卵蛋白致敏和攻击进行复制的过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型给药防治,并应用放射免疫的方法检测模型血浆cAMP、cGMP的水平。结果:畅肺防喘方能使模型血浆cAMP升高(P<0.01)、cGMP下降(P<0.01)。结论:畅肺防喘方在防治哮喘的动物实验中,对模型血浆cAMP、cGMP水平有明显的影响作用,并能提高其(cAMP/cGMP)比值。

To observe the effect of Changfei Fangchuan recipe (CFFCR) on the content of cAMP and cGMP in plasma in Guinea pig with asthma. Methods; The allergic asthma Guinea pig models were made by evoking of oven-protein and then treated by CFFCR. The contents of cAMP and cGMP in plasma were detected by the method of radio-immunoassay. Results; The CFFCR can significantly increase the content of cAMP and decrease cGMP in plasma on the contrary with the group of models. Conclusion; The function of increasing the content of cAMP and decreasing cGMP in plasma may be part of the mechanisms of the preventive and curative effects of CFFCR.
