摘要
文中介绍了高速旋进轴无污染的气流密封方法、并通过实测数据分析了适用于该密封方法的气流性质,归纳出其流量计算的半经验公式.研究表明,在间隙密封两端压差为(7~8)×104Pa时,流过间隙的气流性质介子层流与紊流之间,半经验公式较好地反应了这种流动性质。所提出的循环气流密封方法有较大的适用性。
The seal method which has no contamination for rotary and forward axle at high speed is presented, and uses the measuring data to analyse the gas flow character which is suitable to this seals.A semi-experience formula calculating the flow was induced. The research shows: when the pressure difference is (7-8)×104Pa at the two side of the clearance, the gas flow character passing through the clearance is between laminar flow and turbulent flow. This formula clearly expresses the flow character. The eyclical gas flow seal presented here has the extensive applications.
