随着改革开放深度的推进和中国融入国际社会广度的拓展,国内各城市之间也展开竞争力的较量。塑造城市精神,提升城市文明成为共识。笔者就城市精神文明建设与妇女发展问题的关系作些探讨,并就妇女发展问题提出建议。

As the reform further develops and China integrates itself into the international society, the domestic cities rival each other in the competitive competence.
