论经济法法权的经济学转换范式——一种劳动价值论的考察维度

On the Transformation Mode of Economics in the Right of Economic Law: An Examination of the Labor Value Theory

在经济学的范式转换问题上,民法法权与经济法法权均有不同。本文从劳动价值论的角度考察了经济法法权的经济学转换范式的前提、路径和关键,并同民法法权的经济学转换范式作了比较,说明了劳动价值论向经济法学权理论转换的重要意义。

On the issue of the transformation mode of economics, there exist differences between the right of civil law and that of the economic law. From the perspective of the economic law right, this paper attempts to examine the presupposition, the path and the crux of transformation mode of economics in the right of economic law by making a comparison of the transformation mode of economics between the right of economic law and that of the civil law. It is of much significance to change the labor value theory to that of the economic law.
