摘要
随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入和毕业生就业市场的培育,诚信原则在规范就业市场秩序、维护市场主体利益方面的作用日益凸显。当前高校学生在就业过程中存在着许多诚信流失的情况,给用人单位利益和人才合理配置带来危害。因此,以人为本,构建高校学生就业诚信体系,对防治诚信流失具有重要的意义。
As the employment system of the graduates in higher learning institutions further develops and the cultivation of the employment market, the principle of honesty plays a very important role in standardizing the order of the employment market and maintaining the interest of the market's main body. In the current graduates' employment, there exists many losses of honesty, which has done harm for the employers and rational distribution of talents. Thus, it is of much importance to build an honest system for the graduates' employment with the emphasis on man and prevent the honesty from being lost.
