In the new society that information and knowledge increased exponentially and the paces of economic development speeded up quickly, archival work suffered the unprecedented shock and its contents and fields forced to be taken place of enormous change. Only though emancipating the mind, renewing knowledge, strengthering ourselves comprechensive literacy continuously, can archivists stand gravely on the tide head, stand front of ages development, and become the pioneer of keeping pace with the times making innovation.
