摘要
本文介绍一种新型数字热偶真空计，该计采用集成电路、功耗低、电路简单、性能 稳定，数据处理运用了计算机技术，输出为４位ＬＥＤ显示，精确度小于１０％，接近 了一般真空校准装置。可作为标准真空计使用。
In this paper, a new type digital thermocouple vacuum gauge was introduced. It's consist of IC,its power is lower,circuit is simple,function is stable, its data was disposed by computer technology. Output is 4 bit LED.Its accuracy is lower than 10% approaching general vacuum calibration system , It can be used as a standard vacuum gauge.
