From beauty to goodness:Shi Tiesheng's saving way

摘要 史铁生的创作可以《命若琴弦》为界分为前后两个时期,前期作品属于典型的现实主义笔法,后期创作则具有明显的形而上特征。史铁生从个体生命出发,对困扰人类的终极性问题作了深刻而执着的探索。在反抗虚无、追问生存意义的道路上,史铁生有两次皈依:其一是发现了过程,从目的论走向过程论,将救赎的希望交给审美,以美的欣赏来抵挡失败对个体生命的沉重打击;其二是由美走向善,走向爱,将个体放入人类,以救赎他人的方式来救赎自己,使个体的生存获得意义。由美到善是史铁生思想发展的脉络,也是他文风文体转变的内在原因。 Shi Tiesheng's creation can be divided into two periods by his works Ming Ruo Qinxian.The former stage belongs to a typical realistic style,while the latter has an obvious philosophical ideology and metaphysical feature.Leaving from single human being,he made a deep and persistent exploration on the ultimate problems which have been puzzling humanity.On the way of resisting nihility and inquiring the meaning of life,he has two convertions.One is the discovery of course,from teleology to course theory,delivering the hope of redeem to aesthetic.Thus he can protect single human being with appreciation from the hit of failure and nihility.The other is the convertion to goodness and love.Considering individual with the whole humanity,he obtains the meaning of life by saving others.The condensation of beauty and goodness constructs Shi Tiesheng's ideal picture of life.
