浅谈江苏油田套管内侧钻工艺的实践与认识

The practice and knowledge of side tracking technology in case in Jiangsu Oilfield

江苏油田已成功完成了40余口套管内侧钻井,所完成的侧钻井全部中靶,最小靶心距不到1米。在实施套管内侧钻时,要根据具体情况选择侧钻方法,简化钻具组合,以单弯螺杆增斜,进一步配套小井眼的井下工具,积极应用侧钻水平井技术和径向井技术,提高套管内侧钻工艺水平。

Jiangsu Oilfield has already finished more than 40 side tracking wells successfully. All the side tracking wells finished are within the range of target district. And the minimum bull's-eye distance is less than 1 meter. When implementing side tracking in case, we need choose the method of side tracking according to the concrete conditions, simplify drilling tool association, form a complete set slim-hole tools further with single curved spiral pipe increasing deviation rate,and use side tracking horizontal well technology and radial well technology actively to improve the technological level of the side tracking in case.
