将真空镀膜技术应用于钟表玻璃装饰镀膜为设计钟表外观件结构及装饰提供了一条 新的途径．本文介绍玻璃装饰镀膜生产工艺流程为清洗→镀膜→图形处理→清洗→检 验，并对生产中易出现的工艺技术问题进行了讨论．该项技术简单易行，还可用于仪器 仪表、日用包装、民用灯具、工艺美术和建筑装饰等领域。

There is a new way for structure and decoration design of timepiece's surface details by vacuum deposition technology. This paper shows that technological process of deposition decorative film on the glass of watchs and clocks is as follows: washing-deposition-picture treatment-washing-quality control. This paper also discussed the technological problems that are prone to accidents at production.This technique is not only simple and easy to control, but also applicable for instrumentation, packing, lamps and lanterns, arts and crafts,building decoration etc.
