摘要
通过对 2 79名不同所有制下的管理者进行调查 ,发现国有和私营企业管理者在管理价值取向上存在着差异。私企管理者比国企管理者更注重维护企业利益 ;同时他们也具有更加强烈的个人主义色彩 ,在用人、安排工作岗位上更注重个人能力 ;与国有企业管理者相比他们更加自信 ,相信自己能够把握自己的命运、相信自己的影响力 ,也更富有进取心 ;他们更认同权力来源于知识和经验并在实际工作方式上偏好命令。
Through a questionnaire survey to 279 managers from companies of different ownership,we have found that differences in management value orientation exist between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Managers of private enterprises pay more attention to the safeguard of corporate benefits;and they also possess more flavor of individualism. Personal capability is more emphasized on employment and making arrangement for work positions. Compared with SOE managers,they are more confident,believing that destiny is in their own hands,in their own influences,and they are more enterprising. They also believe that the source of authority comes from knowledge and experience,and are prejudiced in giving orders during actual work.
