农民职业教育需求决策影响因素的分析——杨凌示范区农户调查资料分析

An Analysis on the Influential Factors of the Demand-decision of Farmers Vocational Education

农民职业教育是提高农村人力资本存量的重要途径,是联系农村普通教育与农村实践的桥梁,也是促进农村社会分工、农民分化的重要方式。因此,大力推进农民职业教育发展,是新世纪中国化解"三农"难题的必然选择。影响农民职业教育需求的因素是多样的。通过对杨凌示范区农户调查资料分析可以发现,影响农民职业教育需求决策因素主要有四个:农户家庭年收入水平、农户家庭主导产业、农户兼业化水平以及农户家庭文化水平等,它们之间存在一个相互影响、相互促进的关系;在当前,示范区的农民职业教育已进入了良性循环的发展状态。

Farmers vocational training is an important path to increase the quantity of rural human capital, a bridge between the elementary education and agricultural practice in rural area, and an important way to promote rural job division and farmers specialization. Therefore, pushing forward strongly the farmers vocational education is an inevitable choice for the solution of the problems of 'farmers, rural areas and agriculture' in new century of China. There exit many factors influencing the demand of farmer's vocational training. The analysis of the data collected from the farmers households in Yangling demonstration zone showed four major factors affecting the demand of farmer's vocational education in Yangling, the annual income, the predominant industry, the by-work level and the family culture level of farmers household. There is a mutual affecting and promoting relation between the four factors. At present, farmer's vocational education in Yangling demonstration zone has already went into a beneficiary cycle.
