摘要
本文采用日立 835 - 5 0型氨基酸分析仪对温室黄瓜的氨基酸成分及含量进行分析。分析结果表明 :套袋可提高黄瓜蛋白必需氨基酸含量 ;套膜袋不仅可提高黄瓜必需氨基酸含量且可增加维生素C含量 ;
Amino acid composition of cucumber in greenhouse was analyzed. The result showed that there were 14 amino acids in the cucumber, including six essential ones.Bagging increased the essential amino acids. Filmbag also increased V C. Bagging increased the nutritive values.
