阐述了双水相技术在酶分离纯化中的应用 ,分析了影响双水相技术分离纯化酶的各种因素 。
This paper introduces the application of aqueous two-phase technology in enzyme separation. The factors which influence the enzyme separation and the prospects of aqueous two-phase technology are also discussed.
