摘要
介绍了运用热晶法制备纳米CuO的方法、工艺及纳米颗粒形貌与分散状态,并与溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米CuO进行了比较,认为溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米CuO外观呈近球型,颗粒团聚;热晶法制备的纳米CuO外观呈片状结构,不仅自分散,而且表面积更大,更能够发挥纳米材料表面效应.
The paper introduced how to make nano-CuO with heated crystal method and its process, and analyzed on their images. Compared the closed globe nano-CuO made by sol-gel method with the nano-CuO made by heated crystal method, the latter had a sheeted image with a self-separate appearance and a bigger face rate.
