The auto monitoring system of double-channel metal acoustic emission has a great deal of advantages. It can position precesely and test many kinds of parameters. This paper introduced the design of this instrument, the demarcation of the laboratory and the spot application, which can be used in the routine safety monitoring of pressure container, safety quality evaluation of the experiment of water pressure loading and the research of structure and mechanics characters of metal and nonmetal material. It is also used in the safety monitoring of the structure of rock and concrete if the instrument parameters is altered a little.
