摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了在模拟人体体液条件下,灰黄霉素与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱,发现灰黄霉素对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,且其紫外吸收光谱和牛血清白蛋白的荧光发射光谱有一定程度的重叠.由Fòrste非辐射能量转移理论和热力学公式,得出了结合反应的结合常数、结合位置和结合过程基本热力学性质的变化等.
The binding feature of griseofulrin to Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy. It was shown that this compound had a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism. The fluorescence quenching data was analyzed according to scatchard equation and double-reciprocal equation,and the binding constant, the thermodynamic parameters et al. were obtained.
