摘要
测定了4个盐度水平(0‰,3‰,6‰,12‰)下罗氏沼虾雌雄成虾在饥饿状态下的耗氧率和排氨率.结果表明,随着盐度的增高,罗氏沼虾雌雄成虾耗氧率和排氨率都有增高趋势,在3‰盐度时,罗氏沼虾的耗氧率和排氨率最低;在同一盐度水平下,雌虾的耗氧率和排氨率较雄虾高.
An experiment was carried out at 4 salinity levels (0‰,3‰,6‰,12‰) to investigate effect of salinity on oxygen consumption and NH_3-N excretion of male and female Macrobrachium rosenbergii. The results showed that oxygen consumption rate and NH_3-N excretion rate increased with the rise of salinity level and was lowest at 3‰ salinity level. Oxygen consumption rate and NH_3-N excretion rate of female Macrobrachium rosenbergii were higher than that of males under the same salinity level.
