摘要
上海市物流技术开发、研究处国内领先水平,但是由于技术、资金和技术人才等原因,多种现代化物流技术的功能和优势没有得以发挥,从而严重影响了上海市物流效益;为了从整体上提升上海市物流技术水平,提高物流效益,应用现代先进技术改进上海市传统物流技术成为发展的趋势.探讨以地理信息系统(GIS)为核心技术,结合遥感系统、全球定位系统和其他现代远程通信技术,建立基于GIS的物流系统,利用GIS的空间分析、数学模型、动态监测等技术优势有效地降低物流成本、提高整体效益、实现物流可持续发展.
The development of the logistics in Shanghai is playing a very fundamental role in the city's economic growth. The technologies in logistics directly affect its benefit. Although the development and research of the logistics technologies of Shanghai are among the top level in China, but the functions and advantages of many types of modern logistics technologies have not been fully exerted because of the absence of the technologies, capital and technologist, which seriously affects the benefits of Shanghai's logistics. For the sake of enhancing wholly the technology level of Shanghai's logistics and improving the benefits of the logistics, it has become the trend to apply modern advanced logistics technologies in improving Shanghai's traditional logistics technologies. Combining remote system, global position system and other modern telecommunications and taking the GIS as the nuclear technologies, this paper tries to establish GIS-based logistics system and take the advantage of spatial analysis, mathematical model and dynamic monitoring of GIS to reduce effectively the cost of logistics, enlarge its whole benefit and realize the sustainable development of the logistics.
