摘要
在铜模铸造条件下制备了直径2.5mm的Nd_(61)Fe_(30)Zn_9块状非晶合金,在普通DSC条件下,没有观察到这种合金的玻璃转变温度,晶化温度为730 K,比Nd_(60)Fe_(30)Al_(10)非晶合金的晶化温度低约70 K,因此该合金的热稳定性较低,熔化行为分析表明,合金Nd_(61)Fe_(30)Zn_9的熔化过程为单峰吸热过程,且熔化区间仅为54 K,说明该合金的成分接近合金的共晶成分,但母合金的自然凝固组织不具有共晶凝固特点,表现为粗大的枝晶状组织,讨论了成分和组织对合金非晶形成能力的影响。
A new Nd(61)Fe(30)Zn(9) bulk metallic glass with a diameter of 2.5 mm was obtained using copper mold casting. No glass transition temperature or supercooled liquid region was observed by using conventional DSC-7 facility. The crystallization temperature for the bulk sample is 730 K, which is about 70 K lower than that of Nd(60)Fe(30)Al(10) bulk metallic glass. The melting characteristics of Nd(61)Fe(30)Zn(9) alloy show that its compositional is at a eutectic point, but the alloys exhibit non-eutectic microstructure due to high tendency of undercooled ability.
