摘要
研究了二级分子蒸馏法精炼MCT的工艺方法。通过进料量、压力、温度的控制得到了纯度为 97%的MCT。其最佳的操作条件为 :一级分子蒸馏进料量 1.6L/h ,温度 10 5~ 110℃ ,压力 10Pa ;二级分子蒸馏进料量 1.2L/h ,温度 2 0 0~ 2 10℃ ,压力 1Pa。
Technique of refining MCT with two-step molecular distillation was studied.By controlling feed material quantity,pressure and temperature,97% MCT was attained.The best operating conditions are that in the first-step molecular distillation the feed material quantity is 1.6 L/h;pressure 10 Pa,temperature 105~110℃,and in the second-step molecular distillation,the feed material quantity is 1.6 L/h;pressure 10 Pa,temperature 200~210℃.
