摘要
在80年代,有源矩阵液晶显示器(AM-LCD),已从样品的研制阶段迈向了商品化的成熟阶段。而且,AM-LCD 的质量与 CRT 的差距正在迅速缩小。人们认为,AM-LCD 已跃为平板显示器技术的领先者。本文论述了 AM-LCD 的工作原理及其优越性,介绍了 AM-LCD 的结构与驱动方法,描述了 AM-LCD 的现状及其发展前景。
In the 1980s,AM-LCD has stepped from the development stage of Lab.sample to mature stage of markettable product.Furturemore,the quality of AM-LCD is catching up with that of CRT.It is recognized that AM-LCD has become the pioneer of panel displays technique at a jump.This paper describes the working principle and advantage,the structure and driving method,the present conditions and prospect of AM-LCD.
