摘要
本文介绍肖脱基势垒红外摄象器件的工作原理;最近的重大进展及几种典型器件的结构。尤其是光学谐振腔及对不均匀性的校正技术。
This paper introduces the principles of Schotty-Barrier infrared camera devices, the latest great development and the structures of several typical devices,especially introduc- ing the optical resonant cavity and correcting technique to the nonuniformity.
