不锈钢电解法快速着金色工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过试验确定了一种不锈钢电解法快速着金色溶液的配方和最佳工艺参数 :4 0 g/LK2 Cr2 O7,2 0 g/LMnSO4,2 0 g/L (NH4) 2 SO4,2 0 g/LH3 BO3 ,添加剂A 9~ 12 g/L、添加剂B 10 g/L ,电解电压 3~ 4V ,阳极电流密度0 .2~ 0 .5A/dm2 ,pH值 2 .5~ 4 .0 ,温度 10~ 30℃ ,时间 12~ 15min ,着重讨论了该配方各组分的作用及其对着色膜质量的影响 ,初步分析了该电解着色液着色的可能机理。耐腐蚀性测试试验表明金色膜的腐蚀失重率仅为未着色的1/ 30。试验结果表明 :该工艺具有着色时间短、金色膜附着力强、光泽性好、环境污染小等特点 ; New formula and technology for rapidly golden coloring of stainless steel were determined,emphasized on the effect of components on coloring quail ty,as well as the coloring mechanism of electrolysis was discussed.The optimum process parameters obtained experimentally are as follows:K_2Cr_2O_7 40 g/L,MnSO_4 20 g/L,(NH_4)_2SO_4 20g/L,H_3BO_3 20 g/L,additive A 9~12g/L,additive B 10 g/L,coloring voltage 3~4 V,coloring current density 0.2~0.5A/dm^2,coloring time 8~10 minutes and coloring temperature 95~100℃.Anti-corrosion tests show that the weight loss of coloring film is only 1/30 of original.The experiments prove that golden film by anodic oxidization has strong adhesion,excellent luster,decorative properties,uniform color,and better corrosion resistance.
