介绍了近年来欧盟、日本、美国和中国化学品法规的变化,欧盟有关生物降解性的规定被扩展到包括所有种类和类型的清洁用表面活性剂;日本政府将修订《化学物质控制法》,生态毒理学评价手段和危害性评价概念将被更新;在中国,由中国洗涤用品工业协会牵头的"全国表面活性剂洗涤用品标准化技术委员会"即将成立。

Introdtuce the chemical regulation'amendment of EU,Japan,America and China.Under European Union(EU)rules,the biodegrad-ability provisions would be broadened to include all types of detergent surfactants.The Japanese government will amend“Chemical Substances Control Law”.Both eco-toxicological evaluation step and risk assessment idea will be revised.China Standard Technique Committee of Surfac-tant and Detergent Product is being organized in the near future.
