摘要
双曲回转面因其具备特殊的光学性质而被广泛应用,对批量生产这种光学镜面的精密模具的数控加工问题,给出了用球头刀二轴联动的加工方案,并给出了工具参数和加工行距及其水平进给、轴向进给的整套数学模型,用实例验证了方案的可行和模型的可靠性,为此镜面批量生产的模具制造提供了全面参考。
For its special optical properties, hyperboloid gyroidal surfaces are widely used. A machining scheme is presented here of 2 -axis NC machining with ball -end cutters for producing the precise models of the optical mirrors in batch. The machining parameters, the row space, and the integrated mathematical model in level and axis feed speed are also provided. The feasibility and reliability of the scheme, model and the formulae are proved with examples. The models presented should be helpful to manufacturers of the optical mirrors.
