摘要
针对目前高效除草剂氯喹酸(3,7-二氯喹啉-8-羧酸)在环境中存在的问题,对其酯类化合物新型高效除草剂-3,7-二氯喹啉-8-羧酸烯丙酯进行了酯化合成工艺研究。以3,7-二氯喹啉-8-羧酸和烯丙醇为原料,采用SO2-4/TiO2固体超强酸作催化剂进行了催化合成反应,制备出了3,7-二氯喹啉-8-羧酸烯丙酯,建立了最优化工艺条件,并首次采用红外光谱和1H核磁共振谱对该新化合物进行了结构表征。
For the environmental problem existing in high active weedicide quinclorac, (3, 7 -dichloro -8-quinolinoxylic acid) its ester, 3,7 -dichloro- 8-quinolinoxylic acid allyl ester was composed and studied. 3,7-dichloro-8-quinolinoxylic acid and allyl as material, the ester was prepared using super solid acid SO2-4/TiO2 as catalyst. By experiment, preparing conditions were respectively optimized and discussed. Synthesis technology was set up, and the ester was analyzed and characterized by IR spectrum and NMR spectrum.
