摘要 本文阐述了S波段50kW荫影栅栅控脉冲功率行波管(649)的研制,着重阐述了环杆结构。给出行波管性能参数的实际数据以及产生和设计考虑四种高频振荡及解决措施,尤其在枪区振荡引起非正常频谱。实验证明环杆结构在高功率下应用的可行性。 A S-band 50kW pulsed power grid control TWT has been developed. The design consideration for the ring-bar structure and the grid controlled gun are described. Practical data for TWT's performances and parameters are presented. It's also given in the paper that mechanism and suppress methods for four kinds of parasitic oscillations especially causing unnormal frequency spectrum within the gun region, The expenrimental measurement has verified that higher power level has been obtained by using the ring—bar structure.
