摘要 装配式凸轮轴采用凸轮、芯轴、轴颈等若干部件分别制造再组装成整体的新型组合设计与制造模式 ,其构思新颖 ,极具竞争力 ,受到广泛关注。对传统凸轮轴及其加工技术进行了分析 ,论述了装配式凸轮轴技术原理与优势 ,探讨了凸轮与芯轴的连接技术、凸轮精密成形、装配技术与设备等装配式凸轮轴关键技术问题 ,介绍了装配式凸轮轴技术研究与应用现状。 Assembled camshafts are attracted attention as competitive products and technologies for camshaft manufacture because of its unique, composite design and special features compared to conventional camshafts, which are manufactured by producing the individual elements in separate forming stages and fastening cam lobes and axle journals on a hollow axis. In the paper, the conventional camshafts as well as production techniques were analyzed, the principles and advantages of the assembled camshafts were discussed. Some key techniques such as joint methods between cam lobes and shaft, precision forming of the lobes, assembly and assembly equipment were presented. The developments and applications of the technology were introduced.
