摘要
针对航空难加工材料的攻丝难题 ,在分析振动与普通攻丝切屑形成过程的基础上 ,应用动力学、弹塑性和冲击理论系统地研究了振动攻丝降低扭矩的机理。试验表明 :振动攻丝具有刚性化、抑制表面回弹和冲击等作用 ,不仅可以大幅度降低攻丝扭矩 。
Based on analyzing the chip forming process and differences between conventional and vibration tapping, the reasons why vibration tapping can decrease the tapping torque were explained by dynamics, elastics-plastics mechanics and impact theory to solve the problems of tapping in difficult cutting materials. The experimental results of low-frequency vibration tapping in stainless steel, titanium alloy and super alloy show that vibration tapping has the characteristics of rigidity enhancing, spring back reducing and impaction, which results in decrease the tapping torque and improve the threading quality significiently.
