摘要
采用有限元计算方法 ,对于符合幂硬化性能的材料所连接而成的焊接接头的断裂性能进行了分析 ,得到了不同平面状态焊接接头载荷与位移曲线以及接头断裂韧性的预测值变化规律 ,比较了不同组配焊接接头的优劣。
By finite element method, the fracture properties of welded joints, which are made up of power hardening materials, were studied. As a result, the load-displacement curves on the different plant conditions and the predicted values of the fracture toughness of welded joints have been gained. And then, the advantages and the disadvantages of mis-matched welded joints are compared.
