摘要
从“先锋”号动车组用异步牵引电动机轴承磨损的检测解体出发,探讨轴承磨损的原因,提出改进方案。急加速试验和温升特性试验表明,改进后的轴承能可靠地运用在“先锋”号的异步牵引电动机上。
Based on the disassembly of 'Xian Feng' asynchronous traction motor, the cause forbearing wear are probed and improvement scheme is proposed. The abrupt-acceleration test andtemperature-rise performance test indicate that the improved bearing can be reliably applied for 'Xian Feng'asynchronous traction motors.
